1. Basic settings

In the first section (1 and 2) of the settings page, you will need to select the path to your ETS2 mods folder (1) (ATS is not currently supported).

You can clear this path by clicking the "Clear" button if necessary.
Note: The settings are saved automatically!

Clouds / Drives prohibited!

Drives such as OneDrive, Google Drive, etc. are strictly prohibited and violate the EULA.
Indeed, cloud storage is considered a shared folder.
Furthermore, it will cause problems accessing mod files.
DO NOT USE DRIVES

First section, the second block (2) allows you to view and manage updates for your mods. To do this, click the "Update Manager" button.

To learn more about updating mods, visit the dedicated page.

2. Appearance and behavior

In the second section (3 and 4), two options are available.

The first (3) allows you to change the program language.
Only French and English are currently supported.
You will be prompted to restart the software for the changes to take effect.

The second (4) will enable the "Minimize to Tray" feature.
If this option is enabled, the program will be minimized next to the clock when you click the minimize button.
You can maximize the application again with a simple click on its icon.
Disable this option to return to normal behavior when minimizing.

3. Tools and development

In this section, you can enable the detailed log file options (5 and 6).
These options will be useful if you need to send log files to support.
Two settings are adjustable.
The first (5) will enable basic log recording.
The second will enable detailed logs and the ability to export logs as an archive.

If you wish to send logs, it is strongly recommended that you enable detailed logs (options 5 and 6 enabled). This is because support will ask you to do so in the event of an issue.
See the page dedicated to submitting a bug report for more information.

You will also find the block regarding program updates (7).

If an update is available, the update information will be displayed, and you can view the release notes and launch the program update.
Note: The release notes and update launch buttons are only enabled if an update is available.
The system automatically checks for updates every 30 minutes.

Finally, below the Updates block is the Content Creator block (8).

Content creators (mod creators) may have access to special program features.
For more information about this section, please visit the content creator page.
